So why is it that crafting and smithing is still broken in the way that every time you craft an item it ends up clogging up trade windows and tournament prizes? It would otherwise be at the very least useable in game if it wouldn't do that.

I realize this bug has occurred multiple times before, but its new for me. It only started since the most recent update. I have done everything that was suggested which includes deleting the shaders folder and verifying files on steam. Neither one worked. Still have icons that just sit there...
