What is the one thing you're waiting for before doing another serious playthrough of Bannerlord?

    It was someone elses joke.

Glad to know you speak for what the developers think. Who are they your drinking buddies?

Now you are just coming across as an imbecile. Because I don't elaborate and write a fountain of text that means I didn't understand what you wrote?
You're point was stupid and you're reaction to a joke was stupid.
Yet your claiming to be this big intellectual when in fact you are acting like a 5 year old.

Yes you could write a book. And the point that side activities and board games trump core features of Bannerlord that are broken because you are personally bored of fighting is still dumb.

When as written above, there are very few games that fill this niche out in the wild. Where the board games you are asking for as mentioned by yourself in an older post have never been more popular and even have twitch followings, have never been better. So that itch can be scratched elsewhere.

We referring to the fact me and another person in this thread both think your take was stupid. What part of that means I am unable to use the word "We"?

    Don't flatter yourself darling.

You really have issues if you need to get the last word in this way.
I said I don't want to derail the thread from other posters.

What is the issue with that?

People can disagree without one side "winning". Clearly a fact that you are yet to learn in that giant brain of yours :xf-wink:
You are just ignoring the person who listed facts for you to understand. And you think you know everything than most of us here? Thats not a clever behavior. Before showing your facts try to listen first.

    How many scenes are finished?

Making every city and castle unique what they promised us in early access description. They have already put word on this. I am one of the people that waiting the game to play until it become fully immersive, and scene for me is one of the immersive element besides roleplay elements.

Since the game released it passed 5 months but...

You have all changes in the change logs.
I have been following changelog since the beginning of ea. I haven't seen any changes related i am looking for, this is why i am asking to the devs.

Since the game released it passed 5 months but...

Devs have been concentrating on stability of the game and optimization so far rather then on adding context. Which make sense. Adding new stuff would make optimization later just that much more difficult. It's sensible to make sure that what is already in the game runs smoothly before adding more stuff.
Making scenes is different work. I am scener too and I know there are people works in taleworlds as a scener. I am wondering what they have done so far?

I am not a fan of the current knight design nor your early norman helmet design as well. While there are some better alternatives like enclosed helmets(primitive great helms).

Those helmets predecessor of great helm, used in the late 12th century among nobility.

While there are other variation without faceplate, commonly used among squires and sergeants are those pot helms(I presented in the post above)

This shouldn't to be misunderstood, Al Mansur has great talent in 3d modelling but they don't fit Vlandia universe. If taleworlds starts to convert castles into motte & baileys or shell keeps then it would be okay for me.

The current castle design and 11th century soldier aesthetic are not in the same time. The only stone castle that completed in 11th century is White Tower. All the others were motte & baileys or shell keeps, later on they transformed into classical norman stone castle.
After all I just want to my favourite faction be consistent.

Late Norman actually (mid to late 12th century). As to your last statement, this is your point of vue. I'm sure a lot of people will be hyped by my earlier reskins when I post my thread.

Now, while I'm a big fan of late 12th-13th century style and of some Taleworlds designs, I can't understand how one can appreciate this particular Vlandian knight improved armor. It looks rough and inconsistent, absolutely not knightly. The helmet looks unpractical with this inconsistent narrow "hockey mask" faceplate which looks quite bad. The rough long rusty mail mittens looks like cooking gloves or some kind of industrial protections (they could suit some classes but certainly not a knight). The washed coat of plates reminds an apron. The mail "chausses" are rather mail socks put on some wide pants. They don't even have spurs. To be honest, the whole kit makes me think more of some metallurgist outfit rather than of a proper knightly armor.

I repeat, it should at least BE in the game, even if not used by any default troop.
It is not as simple as one would think. We have many helmets for Vlandia, most than all other factions (30-35 helmets for Vlandia alone IIRC).
You said this, when I presented absence of pot helm without faceplate.

I am still against the early Norman look to being a honest. 12th-13th century appeals more people than early Norman design.

Glad that you like it guys.

    @alieser
Thanks for the information and for paying attention to my suggestions! I'll hurry to complete them then. I started this just for fun, but now it is much more motivating.

Sharpshooter, both basic and improved armor:
    final.jpg
As you can see, I took my inspiration into the Carolingian era, as artwork from that time shows some kind of early kettle helmets which are a good option to replace the current 13th century ones. That scale torso armor also somehow reminds Carolingian artwork. The padded jacket with front opening it replaces looks way too late medieval or even Renaissance/Modern era to my eyes.
Some would argue that there was little to no crossbow used in Western Europe back to Charlemagne's time and that consequently such Carolingian-inspired elements would not suit a crossbowman gear. Sure, but the Carolingian armies, as imperial forces, had something very technical that goes well with crossbows, which were mostly used by professional specialists in medieval times.
While having 13th century castle architecture(round keeps, bastions, etc.) I considered again, simple kettle hats makes less confusing for people. As you know Carolingian brimmed helmet looks much similar to the 17th century morion. It seems kettle hat could be the best option for sharpshooter to me, due to its cultural states and such, kettle hats much closer than Carolingian bible helmet. Scale armor over mail is very good though good job on that.
