ps: the armour is from this mod and this one. Beware they are replacement mods.

No worries, I already figured it out, kind of.

The existing mods either change the armours by hold, or replace the existing one with one new model. What I'm trying to do is make the armours differ by guard in the same city.

It always annoyed me how all the guards in Skyrim look the same. So now I'm working on removing the clone army from my game, by re-texturing some armours to bear the colours of the different holds and make them available to the guard's levelled list.

Does anyone know how to use a levelled list to make a certain NPC wear random clothes?

Is populated cities worth it? I'm always kind of reluctant when it comes to mods that modify a large part of the game.

And Rebel, it's not like he's going to proclaim it as his or use it for a commercial purpose. He's only using it as an avatar. Can you imagine how awful an avatar would look with a watermark?
Besides, and from my personal experience, the majority of artists who use watermarks on Deviantart are not even worth a fav let alone a watch.

Quintillius your avatar is kind of hard to discern. It looks like a combination of the Colosseum and the Taj Mahal. Maybe you should opt for something easily perceptible. Or at least get rid of the inner shadows.
