We have plenty of clients on warband who can confirm or a test server can be put up if request (as we've even done so for several mods and tournaments), its impractical to have servers online from all our locations 24/7. Thanks for the well-wishes though 

O this thread has been getting dusty! Friendly reminder that we are still in business with even better hardware than before! I will try to update the OP at some point, our website is the best source of information though.
