    Native Completed Capture the Flag Innovation Tourney [CIT] DISCUSSION

    Just finished up the SHAZ vs ORA match. Mostly a fun event except the second map (Field by the River) dragged out for quite a while due to its size, causing the entertainment to diminish toward the end.

    I must say that I don't like the idea of switching both factions and spawn for each map. Sure, switching spawns makes sense as certain maps tend to favor one spawn location over the other, but switching factions seems to take away from the experience. That rule might ensure that every map is perfectly balanced, but some variance is needed to keep the competition from becoming stale. Did any of other teams take a similar stance?

    The kill count was different on a few of our computers. When Mad called the match as over, some of the GK players including myself only had 72 kills recorded while others did indeed have 75 listed. Twas odd
