When and at which plattform did you buy it? Which error message appears when you try to activate it?
bought on steam and it says: Activation Denied

normally on steam the game launches but i want to play with wse

If you bought it on steam you can look up the activation key at the steam game list. It should work without any more problems if you type that one in at the activation of your game.

You can use your game key only a specific number of times within a specific time frame. Normally it should work already at the new installation, given that you haven't used it since the end of June.

Well, you have had installed it on your PC and your laptop and played there. Why did you deinstall it? Waiting is at the moment the key.

Then it's no technical problem connected with Warband. WSE is not an officially supported tool. Every problem appearing while using it is not caused by the game itself and the developers cannot help you at it. Give details about your problem at the WSE thread and ask for help there.
