Well, I did not create a Ticket, but rather used the upload http://upload.taleworlds.com:8080/.
I just encountered the same problem as described in this thread. I tried to play Mu Torere in Ortongard to gain some relation with the lords there but I was not able to put my playing piece into the center of the board after my first turn.
I had a similar thought like this, but hoped that it probably isn't implemented in such a wonky way. I stand corrected, unfortunately. Now the question is, should this be the intended way? I assume that a lord without a party does not have an inventory, that's why you can't barter items?
That's interesting, because when I tried to barter with lords, I bartered for them to join my faction, so they had their own party, and I did not have other items available to barter while he was in a settlement. I just now tried to barter with Rhagaea in Phyacon, just normal barter, and I again don't have items available to barter, and she has her own party.
Actually, I don't know. I didn't thoroughly check that to be honest. I just bartered with one lord on the campaign map to recruit him to my faction, and when I tried it with one that was inside a settlement, then I only had gold available.
No, because your companions are part of your clan, and you finance your clan because that are also your clan's expenses. A faction is not the same as a clan. Those are 2 different things. A faction does not pay you, but rather gives you rights and privileges. The same goes for when a different clan joins your faction. You also don't pay for a different clan's expenses, except for a salary for mercenary work.
