CPU: i7-4790K 4.00 gh
RAM: 16gb ddr3

My GPU is about 30% and the CPU is at100% , I dont know why they dont fix that or explain why is that so.
Ryzen 7 3750h Laptop

Likely they have a lot of work and this problem is known and it probably cannot be solved due to the game engine, I would like at least the answer why

I don’t know how it is implemented here, but in other games the example of Warhammer 2 total war works everything is ok at 85-100% and Cpu and Gpu
Maybe because Bannerlord still in Early Access And Warhammer 2 not ?
You're comparing a finished game with an on development one.

everything is clear that it is in the early access, but in order to find out something, get an answer, make the developers famous, you need to write, otherwise, after the release, there is a chance that this will not be fixed

Actually I have the same problem as you, I have a 4670K, 980 GTX and 16GB RAM.
There's a lot of Path calculation for the AI during siege scenes, they partially fix it in a last patch, it occurs an high CPU usage.
In total war, you only have 20~80 regiments fighting(Composed of a lot of warriors but they all follow the regiment path), here we talking about hundreds warriors, each have a different path and need calcul in real time, that's why this game use a lot of CPU, it's exponential based on number of warriors.

+1 total war has 80 units and this game has 1000, you are comparing apples to oranges

usually games dont use 100% gpu if you are not playin on the highest graphic settings aswell
