Statement Regarding Plans For MP

MP gamemodes are so bad, like really bad.

Look, I have an idea unless we have to wait for another decade. Progression and global campaign-ish wars. Let me explain.

*Each character will have an account. Everybody starts the game with basic peasant items and the items will be very expensive.
*Each player will also choose a FACTION which are game's factions (Aserai, Battania etc.) These items that fit the culture will be a little bit cheaper so that will induce players to buy theirs.
*Best part: Every week, each one of the factions will be fighting with some other faction. There will be random wars generated by servers. People who join those servers (according to player's faction) will be assigned to their faction and 50v50 fights will occur. (GOOD OLD BATTLE MODE)
*After a week, according to which faction wins (Average of all the fights that took place at that week), they will be rewarded with gold. Or some gold after each fight and some other weekly reward; it's up to you.
*There could also be character development, like giving weapon proficiency points and athletics, ironflesh bla bla.

This multiplayer is a joke.

Thanks for the communication. It's very reassuring to know what's going on.
I hope next time we hear about the pressing concerns revolving around the core combat, the class system, and private servers.

Glad to see TW is putting massive efforts in developing & completing MP system, looking forward to have more new features in game!

Sounds like you just want a mod similar to CRPG or a game like Kings of Men (before it was abandoned). I don't think the above would be very popular to mount & blade veterans or casual players. By the way, communities for this game have always organised campaigns (with territories and maps) so you can already participate in something similar currently. In OCE NW community we had a weekly campaign event where you had supply points based on victories/losses that would determine how many specialist units your team was entitled to. I believe this is something that this was done in other regions for native. I think TW should ignore something like your suggestion and focus on the combat mechanics and server side issues.

It might be time to reinstall Bannerlord, already. Despite the state of combat I can enjoy it on Sieges and TDM, but I specially have fun with teh people. Also, all improvements are welcome, despite the heavier thing hitting on our faces atm is combat.

When can I expect my weapon/armor skins all this talk of combat issues, balancing ques and lack of modes seems a little try-hard and misses the main concern all the true fans of MNB are hoping for! !

THIS!
Combat is the tracks this train is going on, we should set it perfectly straight before we even think about adding a new fancy wagon with a bar-restaurant.

You made the point my friend! Until combat is done, any balancing adjustment is based on the wrong foundation.

sticky pre-attack delay (the same issue causes useless chamber)
unreliable stance (I just spam A,W,S,D in the duel server, it works!)
stuns without prompt makes everything more sticky (at least give me an unusual sound effect)
sticky slopes everywhere

Those are not setting problems, just basic gaming.
It's ok to be a nice RPG so far, but far away from an action game.

To devs: Thanks for a good game, you guys can make it better.

I wouldn't mind something like this and more to be honest. c-RPG and Strategus but made by TW for Bannerlord would be the bomb, which this is kinda touching at.
