HI, I have begun the quest to build a church, but when its complete, I cant turn in the quest! How am I supposed to complete the quest?

Sorry, but that is the final mission in the Illoriaon quest. The Illoriaon quests were actually just a little demo by Kardiophylax. Try the Feron questline, that one is complete
