module_parties.py doesn't save castle's new location

I'll try to descrive the problem as best as i can. I used Cartographer's tool to move castles, villages and cities around, saved edited parties and map. Then I checked if module_parties.py has new coordinates in and run bulid_module.bat. I get no crahes, errors or anything like that but the castles are still in their native postition.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Sorry if there is an answer somewhere but i find this forum kinda confusing, sori
 
You can't laod a game if you didn't start a new one. So yes, everytime i made a new module i start a new game
