So yeah, I need to improve relations with commoners if I want to have Ransom Brokers in my court but this stupid slave killed 1 enemy, kept looking on a wall for a few seconds and died.
Now I can't improve my relations with commoners and this quest is only in Jelkala.
The problem is that I want to either:
1) Find a way to start this quest again after failing it
2) Finding another way to improve relations with commoners.
I know this is a really old module but please, help me if you know what to do!
