French troop upgrade problem

I noticed that the experienced garde francais cannot be upgraded to elite garde francais. I tried to take a look at the troops.txt but I can't figure out what's wrong. Anyone might have a fix? Thx!
 
I realize that you probably aren't playing the mod anymore, but I went ahead and fixed this, as well as fixing the French Corporals not having any clothes.
