Wolfpack 2 vs 2 weekly tournament! [Signups open]

Hello ladies and gentlemen and happy new year! And what better way of starting the new year than with a fresh tournament?
This tournament will be held weekly (unless catastrophe strikes) and the entire tournament will be played out on a single day, lasting +/- two hours from start to finish. For starters, we`re looking at 8 teams per tournament, if the tournament grows and we get more admins, we hope to increase it to 16.
Once 10 teams have signed up, 2 teams will be kept as reserve in case of drop-outs and automatically be offered a spot in next weeks tournament, the applications will be stopped until the tournament has finished. There are no rules against signing up two weeks in a row. Both EU and NA can apply, but be prepared to fight on European servers.



-This is a single elimination based tournament.
-The tournament is played out during a single day. The teams participating are expected to organize and finish their matches based on the bracket provided.
-Each team may pick their own faction.
-Each match will have two sets, both are first to ten. After one set has been played, the teams switch factions. Once a team has won enough rounds. to the point where the other team can no longer win, the match is completed. For example :
Team A wins 10-3 on the first set
Team A wins 4-0 on the second set.
Final score 14-3
-After each match the winning team must alert the administrators of the score before they begin their next match. If there was no admin present on the server where the match was played, the winning team might be asked to provide evidence in case of a dispute.
-In the case of a draw, the teams will play a third set with their current factions or choose new ones. The third set will be a first to 5 rounds won.
-The matches can be played on any server as long as both teams agree. If a server cannot be found one will be appointed to you by an administrator.
- A team must sign up a minimum of two players and a maximum of three.(2 players + 1 substitute)
If a player cannot finish a match their partner has 10 minutes to bring your substitute on the server to take his/her place. If your substitute is not on the server within 10 minutes the match will continue until either the partner or the substitute joins.
-  If a team is unable to play they must give notice atleast 24 hours before the tournament starts. Failure to do so could result in a suspension.
- Stalling the match intentionally is against the tournament rules and in some cases might lead to a disqualification. Players are expected to act respectful towards their opponent. Trolling and unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to a ban.
- Cheating, or modifying the game to give you a clear advantage is not allowed.

-Auto-Balance setting : Off
-Melee friendly fire : On /100 % to friend
-Gold : 100 %
-Combat Bonus : 0%
-Round bonus : 0%
-Max round time 210 Seconds
-Map : The Arena or Wolfpack Training ground
-Game mode : Battle

- No looting of equipment
- No cavalry allowed
- No archers allowed
- No throwing weapons allowed
- No spears/polearms allowed
- No bastard swords allowed
- No two-handed weapons allowed













Signups will happen right here on this topic, please follow the following template. Keep in mind that only 16 teams will be participating each tournament, with a first come first serve policy. If a team is unable to play they must give notice atleast 24 hours before the tournament starts. Failure to do so could result in a suspension.

As Viktor said. If they cant make it and give us fair warning before we`ll just put in a reserve, if they tell us 5 minutes before we put coal in their stockings

I can surely say that you will face many people not coming without even saying a word, that might hurt your tourney.So i suggest you not to accept all applications, but people you can trust.

Hopefully not more than two per week, if so we`ll up the backup to more xD If people repeatedly leave us hanging then we`ll just stop accepting their applications.

I didn't expect to find these things under 'Tournament Setup', it doesn't make sense to me either why you would list it there. I have no interest in playing in this tournament whatsoever so I couldn't bother reading the whole thing.
