So i was strolling around got a quest from some guy to attack caravans normal stuff apart from which faction he wanted to start a war with: the unknown. I was really confused because i had never seen this faction before nor have i seen any places of it so i look on the factions page weird tentacle face guy is the boss and one place i click show on map and it takes me to the corner of the map but cant go any further and there is nothing there what is this???
