[ENL] Spring Cycle - Invitations and Applications | Deadline: 04/03/2012

      • Match Rules - The match rules of the ENL will be changed to 8vs8 and 16 rounds (4 rounds per leg). The round duration will also change to 5 minutes and new, clearer rules surrounding substitutions will be introduced (in short: 2 per 4 round leg and as many as you like in between).
      • Penalties - The penalty point system this cycle will be extended so that any penalty points given to a team will be doubled if that team was given penalty points in the previous match week.
      • Division C Format - The largely successful Division C format will remain in place for the next cycle. However, it will undergo two changes:
        • The first of these changes is for any team that has over 5 times the remaining number of match weeks less in points than the team in 4th place will automatically be frozen. This means they will no longer be eligible for matches. In accordance with this, teams may no longer apply to the ENL if the team in 4th place (in Division C) has over 5 times the remaining number of match weeks. Teams will not be frozen during a match week.
        • Teams that fail to make their pick will still have it randomised but it will be limited to the next 3 teams in the picking order and only to teams that lost in the previous match week. If no teams are eligible within that criteria then simply the next available team that lost their previous match will be autopicked. If none of the remaining teams lost their previous match then the pick will be completely random.
