Left Mouse button cant confirm in the menu.

So Im having an incredibly weird problem.

I tried installing TLD with 1.011 and I messed something up during the install. After which I just deleted the entire folder again and reinstalled 1.011 native again. When I opened native ,to play it. I got to the menu ,which appears in the beginning. With the tutorial ,settings, restore saved games ..... options. I can drag my mouse over the screen and the TXT of the options light up each time I scroll on them . But when I click on one of these options ,nothing happens.

So probably you deleted the commands that the options do. If there is no command to do, then they don't work

Reinstall it.
