Found this one pretty good, and that's right after I watched The Butterfly Effect. Don't know about more twisty - how the hell would one get twistier than changing the future?   Anyway, somewhat short, and a low budget one, but I still found it intriguing.

Looks cool, shall check it out..

Also, the director, Duncan Jones is the son of David Bowie, I did not see that coming.

Well, thanks for the suggestions. I'll defenetly be watching Moon and I will look into the rest. Other people can post now to ask for suggestions.

Kingdom of Heaven (My favorite all-time movie )

It's a 2005 movie by Ridley Scott centered around Balian of Ibelin (Orlando Bloom). Although it is somewhat moderately to heavily fictionalised, it's still a wonderful movie. It's set during the Crusades in the 12th century and starts in a village in France. Balian takes up the Crusade to Jerusalem with his father and his retinue. There's some nice scenes of battles specked throughout the movie and of course the massive siege of Jerusalem which Balian of Ibelin becomes historically famous for. The siege is massive and like everything else in the movie, it has visually stunning cinematography.

Watch Park Chan-wook's vengeance trilogy. And "I saw the Devil" too, those south koreans know how to make movies like that.
"The Machinist" is fantastic too.

Brazil- Dark comedy set in the dystopian present (Terry Gilliam)

In Bruges- Dark comedy about two hit men on the run.

The Room- Dark wtfamiwatching comedy of one man struggling with his detoriating relationship.

This thread needs more dark comedy.
