Right board, wrong method.
The correct method shows up in a box of nice, big, red text every time you press "New Thread", but for a refresher:
1) Use search. "Elder scrolls" in the upper right while "this board" is selected would have turned up decent results. Look through the results and try to find the answer for yourself.
2) If no thread of interest turns up that you want to post in, look to the threads stickied in the board for a suitable place to post or find your answer. Here, your appropriate stickied thread would have been Mod idea collection: I want this mod. . Use search again once in there, or just post away
3) Only if step 2 fails and there isn't a stickied thread that fits (which there is in this case, so this doesn't apply here), make a new thread.
