There are some people in life who are just too stupid to live.

The roster system is meant to prevent dual clanning and other players pretending to be others... theres probably more stuff you could add to that.

Everyone has the ENL admin tools and everyone has access to download the ENL admin mod and upload it onto your own server.

You can either check the ID's on your own server (providing you know what you're doing), or simply join the server you are going to play on and print all the ID's of players that are going to play before the match begins. If there is an ID that doesn't match, don't play him/her, quite simple...

Yes, many of you will think its an unnecessary rule, but a rule is a rule, its not exactly rocket science to follow.

EDIT: Whether or not you had a new computer, connection, game or whatever... thats irrelevant to the point.

In all competitions one copy per person, easy. If you have X brothers they must buy other copy of warband. ESL works same way. I think that the problem it is that the leaders dont say a our members the rules, I have a mistake last week with Nobutada, he played last cycle, but in september he bought other warband, and he play now with new ID, I said them if the played last cycle they didnt need register again. I dont know the problems in other clans, but in my case I know who are registered or not. I think it is important to raise our members awereness about ID rules if they want play ENL ^^

I find it extremely disappointing that roster violations are still occuring at this stage.

Initially Qwer_levy_RS joined with the ID: 349290, an ID of Inquisition_K2/Kosoy_levy_RS. This player, as you know, was removed from the rosters of both RS and Inquisition for breaking the following rules:

[*]Players may not be in two team rosters, in the league, at the same time.
[*]If a player has been on the roster, for one team, at any point during the league cycle, they may only join another team (provided they have left the first team) on a specific subsitution day, that will be placed during the mid-cycle break, in the league. This is to avoid snap-switching of players, between teams, which could be very much open to abuse.

Since there were no ID violations, you were given the benefit of the doubt that this was an innocent mistake and only the player was penalised.

However, in this instance, it is clear that Rurik is in full knowledge of the situation. The ID of Qwer_levy_RS is printed, seen to be incorrect then Qwer_levy_RS/Inquisition_K2/Kosoy_levy_RS rejoins having changed ID. You will no longer be given the benefit of the doubt as this is a clear and knowing rulebreak and attempted abuse of the ID system. Since Qwer_levy_RS played the full match, you will be automatically losing it 20-0 and your future in the ENL will be put under consideration.

It is one thing when a team forgets/doesn't bother to check their roster. It is something else when a team actively seeks to slip past and abuse the system in full knowledge, breaking rules in the process.

Not sure if I understood your post correctly, but are you saying that one guy is using two Warband keys and one of them is from a player that played for Inqusition?
Well, it is quite obvious indeed.. But! That might be the same kind of thing that happend to our Klockis now ain't it? Just a heads up, you never know..

Not quite, considering the player and the team were already warned for trying to bypass the rules. In the first instance, RS was given the benefit of the doubt and the player was removed but now it seems there's another player who is also the same player... and that RS are in full knowledge of the situation.

RS are appealing the decision and I don't really want to comment further on it, until the matter is resolved.

UPDATE: Forgot to say that one Order of Malta player was accepted due to the 120000 clause and his second ID will be added to their roster shortly.

Looks like White Wolves dropped, so it'll be a default win for Warsong Clan.

Fortunately, there's a bit of time to settle the RS situation before Week 8. For all teams planning to apply to the ENL, I will set up a thread shortly for Week 8 applications and it can run over the Holiday period.
