• Both clans have players that are able to be honest with each other.  Most clans seems to deadend on improvement, because even when they start going through their streams, they wont give individual specific criticism for fear of hurting feelings. For meaningful improvement to occur, people need to not only be honest with themselves, but honest with other people. This involves trusting that everyone is putting the clan first, and as such, that everyone is receptive to advice that help them to benefit the clan.

Zaffa, exactly how often do you sit in with other clans as they go through their streams? Smells like bs to me.
