Tier II recruitment problem

Recently, my kingdom (Swadia) just upgraded technology to stage III. Then, I tried to recruit tier II troops at my castle, but all options I got are tier I troops. Any idea to fix this problem?

Check reports -> factions overview if Swadia is indeed at tech tier III.

It is indeed level III. However, I can still recruit only tier I troops.

Are you sure you own the castle yourself and are you sure you're vassal of Swadia?

Yes, I'm a vassal of Swadia and own the castle myself. I took it from the Rhodoks.

Hmm tier II shows up troops for tier I, thanks for report. I'll fix it.

I noticed my country (Sarranid) is T3 and the troops I get from castle are T2, is this normal? also I'm sure I have both T1 and T2 Sarranid Mamlukes in party and they are combined... shouldn't they be separated if different stats cuz different technology eras? And does the Town recruitment update along with the technology?
