Mmm, finding a cave with 5 crystal hearts, a ****ton of copper, a good amount of silver, iron, amethysts, rubies, sapphires and emeralds and a hook is a hilariously good way to piss Rahn off.

My game bugged and the Eater of Worlds appeared right when I spawned in my first world. I had to kill it with a copper pickaxe and several dozen lives.

Started a medium world for convenience sake - 900 feet straight up to reach a flying island, no thanks - and the Eye of Cthulhu I spawned in earlier in the first world carried over as well.
So I ended up with the Eye and a bloodmoon in the very first night.
