Spies

I have them in my party. How can i use them? There is no special phrases in the dialog menu and no options in the camp menu. I can see castles garrisons without them clearly. So what are they for?

To use them, once you have tem in your party, right click on a town/castle or enemy party. You will get a "send spy" on towns/castles and "skirmish" (minimun of 5 spies in your party needed for this) on enemy party. Skirmishing is good to slow down fast enemies so u can catch them up :p.

Spies also can be used to increase your popularity in cities you send them to. They act as propaganda agents so if you have bad relations with a city in your faction then send a spy and watch as your relationship improves.

You can´t use spies in villages.

You can´t use spies in villages.

Wrong ... you can poison well, poison cattle or spread chaos in villages as well.
