Feragorn, have you tried Warspaces Extension for XCom EU? I'm enjoying it so far. The skills make more logical sense (holo targeting and scout balls of uselessness are now on supports for one thing) and it feels a lot less random and frustrating (though it's still ****ing frustrating).

How did you manage to make Skyrim look so much cartoonier?

An ENB. I was playing around with different ones and was getting so tired of Skyrim getting so grim, brown and dull that I went back to check on other ENB presets. Most are stomach-churning with their false Depth of Field effect that makes it look like the screen is covered in grease, so I found one without the Depth of Field effect that happened to be more cheerful visually. I know it's not super-realistic but, well, I like it for now. I'm tempted to try Himmelrands Shader Suite on top of it to see what effect that'll have.

The quiver is from Chronicles of Steel - Realswords but I've a mod which adjusts the position of quivers & bits, Belt-Fastened Quivers, which works rather well with the Sabre Gear Backpack mod.

Both those things are horrible.

Up until a couple of weeks ago I'd never used an ENB, preferring to rely on Himmelsrand Custom Shade Suite, the one I've stayed with for must be over 225+ hours of my time in Skyrim (276 hours so far), but I wanted to give it a go. I just don't get how people can play with the horrible Depth of Field stuff. It hurts my eyes and makes me feel sick.

Every game I play, first thing I do is turn off Depth of Field.
