Hi, guys what i need to do to become leader of a faction?

You can only create your own kingdom. For this to happen you just(!) have to attack another nation's caravans/patrols until you're at a relationship of -5 with that nation. Then you can besiege their castles/towns. After you've taken your first castle/town you'll be the new king of your own nation.
