Player´s new faction army tree

Is possible create a own troops tree , this mean recruit my own troops in the villages of my faction?
For example:
In a rhodok village conquered that is now  is owned by my faction (teutons) create teutons recluits?

(I have already created my new recluits and some new troops using Morghs editor)

Yes there is and there should be tutorials for it if you look around. Though it may require the Module System if you are not already using it.
