Resolved No quests, still shows !

Summary: After a set amount of time the game purges the logs of quests. These quests, if they are not clicked on to identify them as revolved, will auto purge and still remain unchecked. The quest is complete and accomplished and yet because I didn't click on it to read the resolution text it stayed on the quest log. After a while despite having a ! down there I have no new quests and I can't clear it.
How to Reproduce: Take quest, finish quest with success although i'm not sure this matters. Do not open quest log for a while after completing. Let quest log purge.

I'm not sure how PC specs will matter in this situation.
