No Module folder

HI,

I don't see a module folder under Mount&Blade Warband, so I downloaded the mod, but I don't know where to extract the files.
I tried creating a module folder under warband savegames but it don't work

If you don't have the 'Modules' folder in the game's base directory, create it, then deposit the mod in it. ...\MountBlade Warband\Modules\Bellum Imperii
