Making changes to character menu

I changed the character and city names from the files in Bannerlord.I even learned to change the banners.I also want to make changes to the menu where we develop our character.For example, let's say I want to change the image of the "medicine" skill.For example, if I want to put a heart image instead of the current image,how can i do that?
