Need More Info launcher opens then vanishes, no error message

Summary: when i click play on steam it opens launcher for like 5 sec then closes. no error messages.
i tried verify files. uninstall game, install on another drive.
open the game via exe file, i can open game but then i cannot save game.
i tried disabling firewall and anti virus.
I JUST INSTALLED GAME for the first time never played it

I also have the same problem with the PC game pass version, but also seeing the Steam forums it seems that it doesn't depend on the version, since it does it on that platform as well.
