Modded How to fix old bug for myself (1.1.5)

Summary: Lords dont donate troops to castles/cities that they have taken because i own it as Faction ruler. and they get reconquered immediatly.
How to Reproduce: Be Faction ruler and have any army take a Fief

Hey, we do not offer support for the mods or modded games. Can you try to reproduce the issue with the live version, on a new campaign after manually removing all the mod files and verifying the integrity of the game files. If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.
