I downloaded this mod a while back and just realized it took over my native SP. Can anyone help me whit unninstalling it?

Well actually i dont understand what you mean by saying ''took over'' your native but if you still have Native folder inside Modules folder then just delete Peloponnesian war folder from Modules and you`re done.
In case you copied/installed PW folders content inside Native (not sure if it actually works) then you have to reinstall Warband.

PW has become my native Sp. I guess i must reinstall.
