Last summer I've made a wooden tanto (pine-tree, fragile but easy to do).

Well, actually I was inspired by Gekokujo to make this piece. Though it is pretty useless of its fragility, and making something from more solid type of wood (acatia, it felt like you are trying to whittle something from a dense resine or ebonite) was too much time consuming for such a non-patient person as me.

no, it isn't useless. you still can train your tactics against the bandit(with knive) with no harm for your life. my friends and i loved "nodachi" most of all. So our battles were not so "harmless"))) i remember our youngest friend was always crying a lot)) but we gave him one-shot "yumi" and he stopped)

Yes, back in days it was sweet time playing all kind of warfare in yards with other children.

Also, take a look at this video. You can see a Kendo participant with sword and sword-companion.

And yes, we might have hijacked a thread and turn it a bit off the topic. Sorry to anyone annoyed with this.

Some impressions from the character Shigeno of this save freelancing for Takeda Shingen (Great Lord Takeda) in Gekokujo:

Few things are more satisfying than a battle well fought.

Sieges are deadly, but fun with the new gate mechanic (and edit mode  :shifty:)

Shoutout to jacobhinds and his great animations!

Shigeno left the Takeda army on good terms with his former lord, but there is no turning back now. It is time to venture out on his own.

Of course I will continue this save and try to get some land of his own for Shigeno. He has set his mind on fighting for noone but himself in the future, in order to reap even greater rewards.

Thanks and congratulations to phlpp and all involved for making such a great mod! Thanks also to jacobhinds for the great animations, Monoolhos for the scabbard positioning as well as PPQ_Purple and Ichimonji Hidetora for the realistic sword texture submod!

Edit: Yes, I already disabled the framecounter and I will move quicksave away from F12

Being a monk is hard.

Not because your equipment, but your teammates are lacking their brain.
