Modded Game stuck running in background

Summary: Game Hard crashed, I have restarted my computer multiple times and it is still running on startup. I cannot end the process through Task manager, I also can't close it through steam or uninstall it since it says it is still running. Crash occurred during first launch of The Old Realms mod.

Hey, we do not offer support for the mods or modded games. Can you try to reproduce the after a clean install? If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.
