Need More Info Game crashes

Summary:
My game keeps crashing to the level of unplayability. Ive tried all the recommended steps: 1. Reinstall game, 2. Update GPU drivers, 3. Verify game files 4. turn of shader setting in nvidia control panel. 5. Add the game folder as exception under the anti-virus program. Yet my game keeps crashing.. it did get better after adding the game folder to the anti virus exception list.

Whats weird is that the game can crash at any time, no matter if its the midst of a 400 man battle just a 200 man one.. or just traveling the map.

Please help!

GPU Driver Version: Latest (downloaded nvidia driver update program and ran the latest update 2 days ago)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard:
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD

P.S I don't know what "branch" is but I haven't done anything unusual from the normal installation so I assume I have the "main branch".

I got a crash ID now: 2023-06-23_17.21.56_50de77ab10c316c01c6be070210e5b47.
The crashes can happen both during semi-idle map browsing aswell as big battles, which puzzles me.

This crash is a GPU crash. Which is different from the other crashes that can be caused by gameplay actions. While we are still investigating the issue there is not a definite fix that we can offer to support this issue at the moment. You can try the workaround below but please note that it is not a solid fix. Thanks for reporting. Sorry for any inconvenience.
A possible fix for RGLGPU_DEVICE::LOCK_TEXTURE Crash
If you are crashing in the middle of the game with the “RGLGPU_DEVICE::LOCK_TEXTURE” error, you can try the workaround below to fix it:
Expanding the swap size on your hard disk. You can find more info regarding this here.

Ok thank you Ill check the temporary fix. Please do update med when you have a more definite fix.

I tried the above mentioned fix and I could play for about 30 mins, now its crashed twice in 5 minutes. I would be so thankful for a fix allowing me to be able to play the game. My GPU is up to date and does not crash in other games.
