Field Marshall

I'm fed up with my field Marshal, he is always doing silly things and never follows my command. How can I change or remove my current field marshal?
Also, in the description of SoD 5.0 says that the Marshal can only be a guy with 5 fief at least, but mine only have 2 fiefs...

- Select a field Marshall from one of your available lords to represent your kingdom on the battlefield while you are performing other kingly duties.
--- At least 4 vassals are required in order to choose a field Marshall (which in turn requires a minimum of 5 fiefs).
--- When 4 vassals are available, speak with the Marshall in your castle’s council and select the Field Marshall directly or hold an election.


u don't need to give him 5 fiefs, your kingdom needs 5 fiefs in order to be able to have 4 vasals (1 for you and 1 for each vassal)
