In Progress Facial Hair bug

Summary: When you start a new game and select the mustache with the bearded fade it glitches out and shows the character clean shaved in the picture of your character you can see what their supposed to look like though. I have pics of both.
How to Reproduce:Start a new character and select a few of the facial hair styles and the facial hair doesn't show up on your character.
