i attempt to unzip this mods RAR using winzip, then it says this mod isnt a valid RAR File. either post a fix or give me another site to download other than mbrespitory

oh and i am trying to download the mod, and can you get me a correct download ( not mb respitory ) for this mod, and the newest patch(es)

ok i see the problm, my norton antivirus was blocking it, now HOW DO I GET IT TO UNBLOCK IT? it searches the file, then it says threat detected, then BAM! uninstalled. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS

Turn off your Antiviris before you start downloading it. There should be the Norton icon in your bottom right hand corner next to your internet connection (or battery life on laptops). Click on it and disable everything for 1-5 hours.
