Need More Info Can't open chatbox

It seems that it is impossible for me to open the chatbox and write in it. Is that because i've been banned in chat or something like that ? if so i would like to apologize and ask for an unban, since it was much time ago. Yes, already done that but did no good Also reinstalled the game, remapped the chat hotkey, did all
