Actually, I had a deeper look into some quests construction from Native, they are quite complex.
I will probably not add this feature in the next release, however, this is still intriguing, and I feel a great potential for replayability and missions/quest based playstyle.
So, not on my priority list, as the custom settlement feature, even in its basics, is very complex to code. Not even considering all the richness the knowledge system adds to everythings...
