Applied right, they're mostly as effective as any good sword, without the bulk or the attention drawn to you, therefore by my books, they belong here just fine.

That said, my books accepted icepicks as a pretty damn good weapon as well.

Dunno if you are joking, but my experience with curved blades say it's a natural move, after a little practice it doesn't need any conscious effort.

What about those with huge curves in the end? I've seen scabbards for those and they are a mind****.
