They werent really that much reb 'sharpshooters'. for those who did exist, I think they had all kind of weapons.

I made some hats for CSA, but I don't know how to convert it to DDS. Is it just to replace the texture with a DDS version of it?

The Iron brigade was not the only unit to wear 1858 U.S. Dress Hats. They were very popular with troops in the western theater like Tennessee and Mississippi

I think I have told you guys like a thousans times; The hardee hat was regulation for all Union troops, except artillery. They never wore it, indeed. Because when Americans don't like something, they either shoot it or trow it away
