Hey guys just wanted to share a recent project I've finished, it's a character model inspired by old Victorian fishermen. The poly count is roughly 10k and the texture maps are 1024 for the face & 2048 for the body.
Been working on college work constantly for a couple of weeks now so I decided to just do something else. Real quick sketch of fighter jet, I think on the reference it was landing on an aircraft carrier. There's a tonne of mistakes but honestly I had way more fun with this than I expected.
Lion lookin' good! If I had to add something it would be try to incorporate some harder edges maybe on the areas that would have bones sticking out so it doesn't look too smooth but honestly that's just a preference on my part.

I tried to implement all your suggestions as best I could without spending too much time on this one. It's far from the quality I'd like to achieve one day but I have to draw a line somewhere so I will consider this version done.
I like the first a lot. It has shadows and the lighting from inside all the houses, it's great. Only thing I could say, the tall shroom-house looks a bit suspicious. Huehue.
