Why do my lords hate me?

So I started my own faction, and before long I had lords flocking to me cuz they hated their own kings.  Only problem is, now they all hate me!  Even people who were my party members that I gave lands to just hate me. 

I can see that sometimes they get upset when I give a fief to someone else, but a lot of days i'd just see that for no reason my reputation with lord so and so went from 12 to -68 or something and I don't know what I did!

Yeah. Also the repuation does not go up even when they get a fief or you do something nice for them or what ever. They only react negatively. Spoiled brats! xD

I have lords that really liked me before I convinced them to join me, who now hates me with like -60. Hope its a bug and just needs to get balanced.
