Resolved Shout sound is absent...

Summary: When pressing a key for Shout - there is no any SFX for "Affirmative" option. Only indication on the HUD. Fix pls.
How to Reproduce: Go Multi (or even Single - did not try there) and pres a key for Shout and select "Affirmative" - your soldier will not say anything.
