Server restart - client disconnect

Poll changed S1 to a large Steppe map.  Server dropped my connection and wouldn't accept a reconnect for around a minute.  Not saying
that's bad, it was just unexpected.

Yeah, seen the old map transition bug resurface once or twice myself, followed by an error if you try to reconnect without refreshing the server list.
