There are quite a few skills like roguery that need a bump to focus learning which TW knows but for some reason are very slow to react again. Now for roguery, prisoner breaks are a big way to increase it and is by far the best thing in the game to do, which is sad since caravan and village raiding should be a lot higher.
TW just won't act, medicine, engineering, roguery, riding and athletics on the campaign map all those and others need a serious bump and here it is 1.5.9 and still not done. How hard is it to increase their focus rate
