I didn't see anybody speak of this so I hope other did ...
I wish if Tale world would give us the option to draft fresh recruits with primary Armour gear. at least provide them with regulars gear.
Also, I hope we can recruit bands or groups of men with different specialty directly if we had a good relation with any of bosses living in our towns. depending on the the loyalty, prosperity and the commercial activity of the villages related to a given town.
