Need More Info Mouse randomly stuck for split of a second

When playing multiplayer in random moments I cannot turn my direction using mouse, it is stuck for like 0.5 second and then works as normal. The bug occurs every few minutes. This does not happen in any other game or in windows.

Worth to add I did not have this problem before and it started around 2-3 days ago.
